Spokane Security, Run by People Who Live Here
Independent, veteran-owned, and accountable to this community
When you hire a national security chain, your account is a number in a regional office. When you hire Columbia Protection, you talk to the owner — someone who lives in Spokane, knows its venues and neighborhoods, and answers for the work personally.
Why local matters for security
- You talk to the decision-maker. No call centers, no ticket queues. When you call (509) 342-7233, you reach the people responsible for your coverage.
- Officers who know Spokane. Our officers work the same venues, streets, and properties you do — not a rotation flown in from somewhere else.
- Faster, flexible decisions. Coverage changes, last-minute needs, and site-specific requests get handled directly instead of routed through corporate layers.
- Real accountability. We're a local business with a local reputation. If something isn't right, you know exactly who to call — and we know we have to make it right.
- Your money stays here. Hiring local keeps security dollars in the Spokane economy instead of sending them to a national headquarters.
The independent alternative
Big national firms have their place. But for Spokane businesses, venues, and event organizers who want a security partner that picks up the phone, knows the area, and stands behind every shift — local wins.

Q: Are you licensed? A: Yes. Columbia Protection LLC is a licensed security guard agency in Washington (CJTC Agency #24000659) and a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business based in Spokane, WA.
Q: Do you only serve Spokane? A: We're based in Spokane and focused on local businesses, venues, and events. Call with your location and we'll tell you plainly whether we're the right fit.
